A state-of-the-art design facility with 30 high-performance systems running AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS. Students gain hands-on experience in computer-aided drafting, 3D modelling, assembly design, simulation and product development — creating precise engineering drawings and virtual prototypes used in modern manufacturing industries.
Provides practical exposure to heat transfer, refrigeration, air conditioning and internal combustion engines. Houses RAC test rigs, engine cut-section models and heat transfer apparatus — enabling students to analyze refrigeration cycles, combustion processes, thermal efficiency and energy conversion principles.
Comprehensive practical knowledge of automotive systems — engine assemblies, transmission, steering, braking, suspension and electrical systems. Students study petrol and diesel engines, fuel injection technologies, emission control and vehicle diagnostics through live vehicle systems and demonstration models.
Advanced pneumatic and hydraulic training systems, PLCs, sensors, actuators and automation modules. Students gain hands-on training in fluid power, electro-pneumatic circuits, PLC programming and sequential control systems aligned with Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing concepts.
Modern machining facility with CNC machines and trainer software for simulation and programming. Students train in CNC turning, milling, part programming, tool path generation and machine setup — bridging conventional manufacturing with automated precision production technologies.
Dedicated to precision measurement, quality control and dimensional inspection. Equipped with vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, slip gauges, comparators and advanced measuring devices — training students in calibration, tolerance analysis and quality assurance for production engineering.
